Many projects currently on ARCHER2 are transitioning to using the UKRI National Compute Resources (NCRs) once the ARCHER2 service ends on 20 November 2026.
In this webinar we provide an overview of the transition process from ARCHER2 to one of the NCRs: Cirrus NCR, also hosted at EPCC.
The webinar will start with a brief introduction to the UKRI NCRs; cover the transition process for ARCHER2 users and projects moving to Cirrus; provide advice on data transfer from ARCHER2 to Cirrus; and highlight key differences between ARCHER2 and Cirrus that users switching between services should be aware of.
There will be plenty of time for questions during the webinar.
